Over the last decade or so, our team here at CARS of Grimsby Ltd have been helping customers wade through the tide of information in the car insurance world, guiding them to the most cost-effective route to putting their vehicles back on the road safely.

It may be because of the wealth of information on our website that we are often asked about the competition in our area. As a trusted industry voice, we like to share as much knowledge as possible and be transparent about the services offered by other local garages.

Here are a few accident repair centres based in and around the Grimsby and Cleethorpes area:

  1. Marshall Paint & Body Repair Centre – Marshalls have a network of nine centres and offer a range of services, including SMART repairs.

  2. Autocosmetix – Located in the heart of Grimsby and established in 2003, Autocosmetix offer a wide range of services from alloy wheel refurbishment and headlamp restoration, through to full accident repairs.

  3. John Clark Bodyworks – John Clark Bodyworks is an independent, family-run accident repair centre located in Humberston. Established in 1978, they work on all vehicle makes and models, vans and light commercial vehicles.

  4. Fix Auto Grimsby (UK) – This workshop undertakes repairs for private individuals, fleets and management companies. The scope of their repairs ranges from passenger vehicles to light commercial vehicles (to a maximum of 3.5 tonnes).
